Jeff's experience in the arbitration field has spanned over 40 years serving as a panel member with the American Arbitration Association on its construction, commercial and technology panels and is a member of its select Large and Complex Claims panel. In years past, he also served as an NASD and NYSE arbitrator. In addition, he served as to a party representative for various securities claims, an arbitration award of over $10 million in close corporation dissolution, an arbitration hearing spanning six months involving an information technology system implementation dispute. He has also been a Milwaukee Bar Associate fee arbitration panelist and a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Fast Track Dispute Resolution program panel.
